NICOP ID Card Fees Increased or Decreased in 2024. Executive card 140 riyals instead of 225 while the normal fee was reduced from 94 to 65 riyals, Muhammad Manzoor. Manager Nadra Muhammad Manzoor further said that the fees of Smart Nikeop cards have also been reduced for compatriots residing in Saudi Arabia. The same fee has been fixed for issuance and renewal or modification of all three categories of new cards.
Normal smart card whose fee was 135 riyals, has now been reduced to 75 riyals, while the fee of the urgent smart card has been reduced from 165 to 115. The fee for making a smart card for the first time was 190 Rials, which has been reduced to 150 Rials.
The fee for renewing or changing the Executive Smart NIcop was 310 Rials, which has now been reduced to 150 Rials.
NADRA Has Increased the ID Card Fee
It should be noted that the government of Pakistan has started using standard printing cardboard for NADRA cards, due to which the card fees have increased in Pakistan, while the increase due to the end of the subsidy received by the government has led to an increase in NADRA cards.
Fees have been reduced for overseas expats. NADRA has categorized the fees separately for different countries, in which the executive card fee for America and Europe is 50.

More Burden from NADRA is Injustice
While the fee for a Smart Executive Card is set at 55 pounds, the fee for Normal Card is 26 pounds and the fee for Normal Executive Card is 30 pounds. For expatriates living in Dubai, the fee of NICOP has been set from 65 to 150 dirhams, which includes normal, urgent, and executive cards, as well as smart executive cards.

For making any kind of change in the smart ID card, the normal fee is Rs.750, the urgent fee is Rs.1500 and the executive fee is Rs.2500 which was earlier Rs.400, Rs.800, and Rs.1600 respectively.
For making a duplicate smart ID card, the normal fee has now been increased from 400 to 750 rupees, the urgent fee has been increased from 800 to 1500 rupees and the executive fee has been increased from 1600 rupees to 2500 rupees.
For renewal of a smart ID card, the normal fee is now 750 rupees, the urgent fee is 1500 rupees and the executive fee is 2500 rupees.
The earlier normal fee was Rs 400, the urgent fee was Rs 800 and the executive fee was Rs 1600.
